Our candidate will have a HR license and a white card, well presented and able to communicate clearly.
Must have good knowledge of Brisbane and Gold Coast areas.
This a full time position pending a probationary period for the right candidate.

We have a 2 x positions for full time Care Coordinators available to join our team!
This is a great role for someone who thrives on organisation, loves problem-solving, and enjoys being the go-to person keeping everything running smoothly behind the scenes. You'll play a pivotal role in making sure our clients receive consistent, well-coordinated care, working closely with our Complex Health Manager - RN (CHM), support workers, and the wider care team.
You'll coordinate and maintain client rosters, making sure schedules reflect the supports each client has approved, and that any changes are communicated promptly to clients and support workers. You'll be a day-to-day point of contact for scheduling and service delivery queries, checking in regularly with clients to make sure things are running as they should be.
When something needs a closer look like a rostering gap, a change in circumstances, a support worker concern, or the early stages of an incident, you'll know when to step in and coordinate a response, and when to bring it to the CHM. This role doesn't carry clinical decision-making or case management responsibility, but sound judgement about when to escalate is at the heart of it.
You'll also provide administrative support to the CHM, help keep client documentation and records up to date, and pitch in on recruitment admin like scheduling interviews when needed.

<li>Have previous experience in a legal secretary, paralegal or similar legal support role (while this is advantageous, it is not essential, and if you are curious and a fast learner, we encourage you to apply)</li>

<li>Be able to manage competing priorities and work to deadlines</li>
<li>Be proactive and comfortable taking ownership of tasks</li>
<li>Have strong client service skills</li>
<li>Be confident working independently while also being a supportive team member</li>
<li>Be discreet and understand the importance of confidentiality</li>
<li>Be comfortable with technology and document-management systems</li>
