Support Worker

We are looking for compassionate Support Workers to join our team and provide high-quality support to people in our community. You’ll assist with daily living activities, personal care, social activities, and support in achieving clients’ goals.”

1. Key Responsibilities:

   • Provide day-to-day support (personal care, meals, transport)

   • Support social and community participation

   • Maintain accurate records / progress notes

   • Work collaboratively with a small team / other service providers

2. Essential Requirements:

   • Police check (if relevant)

   • NDIS screening

   • Good communication, reliability, empathy

3. Desirable Attributes:

   • Experience with NDIS or disability support

   • First aid certification

   • Ability to work flexible hours
