Barista

We are looking for a friendly, reliable and customer focused barista to join our team. You will be responsible for preparing high quality coffee and beverages in a fast paced environment. You will also be providing excellent customer service and maintaining a clean and welcoming cafe environment.

Key Responsibilities include:

• Preparing high quality coffee and beverages with speed and consistency

• Confidently operating espresso machine and grinders

• Manage high volume coffee orders during peak periods

• Deliver friendly and professional customer service

• Maintain cleanliness of the coffee station at all times

• Assist with opening and closing procedures

Skills and experience

• Minimum 2 years barista experience

• Strong milk texture and latte art skills

• Calm under pressure with a strong work ethic and able to work in a high volume cafe environment
