Residential Site Manager

Due to continuous growth Stroud Homes Gold Coast is seeking an enthusiastic and Experienced Site Manager on a full-time basis to manage a range of new custom home builds from site start through to the final inspection and maintenance stage. We have projects commencing from South Gold Coast to North Gold Coast in the upcoming months.

 Role includes:

• Effective communication with clients, suppliers and subcontractors

• Ensure correct building practices and procedures are always adhered to

• Ensure quality homes are built within set time frames and budgeted guidelines

• Ability to communicate professionally, prioritise and meet project deadline

• Enforce and adhere to OH&S regulations

• Day to day management of trades on site, suppliers, completion of paperwork and admin tasks including invoice approvals and work orders

We are looking for someone with:

• Proven experience supervising residential home builds, residential construction experience and a strong trade background

• Excellent time management and communication skills

• Must have QBCC Site Supervisor Licence

• Must have current Qld Drivers Licence

This is a fast paced and autonomous role which requires a can do attitude.
